Monjaza ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered SEO and content platform operated by Monjaza Digital Marketing, located in the UAE. We provide web-based software services accessible at monjaza.net.

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). We also collect your website URL and niche/industry when you complete onboarding — this is used to personalize your experience.

Usage data: We track which AI services you use, how many queries you make per month, and your AI credit consumption. This is used to enforce plan limits and improve the platform.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — only a Stripe Customer ID and subscription status are stored on our servers.

AI conversation data: When you use any Monjaza AI tool, your input is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. We store conversation history for client project workspaces only, so you can reference past outputs. General (non-project) conversations are not stored after your session ends.

Technical data: We collect IP addresses (for security and abuse prevention), browser type, and access timestamps in our activity log.

Monjaza is powered by Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, PBC. When you submit a query, your input is transmitted to Anthropic's API over an encrypted connection. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy and API usage policies.

Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train their models by default. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing (US/EU)
• Anthropic — AI API (US)
• Your hosting provider — server infrastructure

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes, which are kept for 7 years).

Activity logs are retained for 90 days. AI conversation history stored in client projects is retained until you delete the project or your account.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for certain purposes

Monjaza uses the following cookies:

• Session cookie: Required for login (WordPress authentication)
• Language preference: Stores your EN/AR language preference
• Dismissed announcements: Remembers which admin announcements you've closed

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed password storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Monjaza account.

Monjaza is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered an account, please contact us and we will delete the account promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of Monjaza after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
