These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Monjaza platform, including all AI tools, features, and services ("Service") provided by Monjaza Digital Marketing ("Monjaza", "we", "us").

By registering for an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using Monjaza on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Monjaza provides AI-powered SEO and content tools including keyword research, on-page analysis, content writing, rank tracking, local SEO tools, and related services. The AI outputs are generated using Anthropic's Claude API.

Important limitations: Monjaza's AI tools provide suggestions and analysis based on AI inference — not real-time data from Google, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or any live database. Keyword positions, competitor rankings, and search volumes are estimates. You should verify important decisions with additional tools and professional judgment.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@monjaza.net.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

New accounts receive a 24-hour free trial with access to Basic plan features and a limited AI credit budget. No credit card is required to start the trial.

At the end of the trial period, access to AI features is suspended until you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial accounts that have not converted to a paid plan within 30 days of expiry may be deleted.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in USD.

AI credit limits: Each plan includes a monthly AI credit budget (Basic: $5, Pro: $10, Agency: $25) based on actual API usage. Credits reset on your billing date each month. When your credit budget is exhausted, AI features are paused until the next reset. Upgrading to a higher plan increases your monthly credit budget.

Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date unless cancelled before renewal.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not consumed more than 20% of your monthly AI credit budget. Contact support@monjaza.net to request a refund.

Price changes: We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any price increases take effect.

You agree to use Monjaza only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates any applicable laws
• Attempt to bypass AI credit limits or plan restrictions through technical means
• Share your account credentials with others (each account is for one user)
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or prompts
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use automated scripts to make bulk requests beyond normal usage patterns
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission

AI outputs generated through Monjaza are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or acting on it.

Monjaza does not claim ownership over content you generate using the Service. However, we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI outputs. AI tools can make mistakes — always apply professional judgment.

You represent that your use of AI outputs complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

The Monjaza platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and proprietary prompts, is owned by Monjaza Digital Marketing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own business purposes during your subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monjaza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Monjaza in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes, competition, and your website's technical implementation. We make no guarantees regarding search ranking improvements.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from the Profile page.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In cases of termination due to violations, no refund will be issued.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

For users in the EU: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
